Are you eager to learn from sustainability professionals and launch your sustainability career?

Advisors Next Door’s 8-week Summer Mentorship programme is a great opportunity for final year university students, graduates and early career professionals from the Caribbean to build the skillsets, networks and confidence needed to thrive in the region’s sustainability consulting and development sectors.

Learn to pitch ideas, launch ventures, and amplify your impact through this year’s theme “AND Business Development & Marketing.”

The program offers:

• Structured, hands-on learning
• Professional 1-on-1 mentorship from AND experts and a rotating cast of visiting mentors
• A collaborative capstone project. 

Mentees may spend up to 80% in a remote setting and up 20% of the time embedded in partnering capstone organisations, if needed.
